I had my 1st zoom consultation with Essjay to review my skincare needs. I was interested in the Platinum option which she offers to clients, which explained to me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After putting it of for so long, I signed up & received my products in the post last week and I love them.

One word, tremendous! Essjay has covered up the patches on my head left over from radiotherapy over a decade ago. I was balding naturally but as my hair thinned out it was getting harder to cover the damage on my scalp. Essjay carried out a procedure called scalp micropigmentation (tattooing) on the affected areas and blended them in perfectly. Leaving me full of confidence and with a full shaved head with a great neat hairline.
