Attention to Detail Is Key

Now, the reason why I want to do this right now is because I have just received a parcel.

I’ve received a new phone, an iPhone, and I want to kind of express how important attention to detail is when you order from certain companies.

Now, this is what we need to be implemented into our business and it’s these small little things that certain companies do that make you remember them and they make the process even a lot more satisfying.

It’s got a feel-good factor to it.

And like for the iPhone, the easy-peel labels, the little pull tabs, to make life easier, the slick neat packaging.

You don’t have to cut in there with scissors like you have to do with some parcels.

All of this gives that buying process and that receiving process from that company a memorable experience.

So this is what you need to look at when you are retailing or when you are posting things out to your clients. Look at the attention to detail because this is what your clients will remember.

Now, a few things that I like to do when I parcel up my products. I like to parcel everything in really pure, simple and natural packaging with branded tape.

I like to keep it really, really natural.

But little things that I have done and you can do too are. a little thank you note, a personalised skincare plan, a lolly.

When that parcel comes to the door, they see your name, they see your logo, they see how well presented it is and get excited to open it.

This makes the buying purchase from you so much more satisfying for that customer and all of this will put you ahead of your competition.

Now, let’s think about it.

Have you received a parcel from someone and it has had that extra little personal touch. What did they do that made them stand out?

These are little things that are going to cost you pennies, but these things will get that client to remember you and to make that purchase from you so much more exciting.

So look at your attention to detail when you are delivering and when you are posting out your products or when you display them within your clinic, make sure that things have that extra added attention and personal touch, because that is what the clients are going to remember.
