I Challenge You!

I want you to challenge yourself.

Listen to the end, but I want you this week, or this month to focus on one, one of your services.

Now I always say this when I do a lot of coaching, I always get people to niche it right down.

Because when you offer quite a lot of services, your message can get completely lost.

Focus for one month only, on one service or one problem. So say for instance, if you are big into your chemical peels and your skin treatments, don’t be generic and say, this helps with this problem, this problem, this problem, this problem.

Talk about acne or talk about pigmentation. So spend one month or two weeks minimum and focus all your social media around that, thinking of your avatar and thinking of your niche and just promoting and giving value and knowledge about pigmentation or about acne, or if you’re a hairdresser, about an ombrè style or about a shaved head, whatever that may be.

And I bet your engagement is going to go up.

What happens is we try to serve every client, we want to help everyone, so we throw out loads of social media content, hitting every different type of person out there and when we do that, our message gets lost.

It is hard to niche it down because you think, oh, I don’t want someone to read that who’s got acne, but no pigmentation let’s say, I don’t want someone with acne to read that and think I can’t help them, but niching it down will hit the home of these people that really need you.

And that is what a lot of people don’t do right.

So challenge yourself, just give it two weeks, a month on social media, see what it changes.

Because social media right now is so crazy, it’s so busy.

So try and do that and just focus on a really little niche and throw it out there on social media, on all your platforms, on your lives, whatever it may be and see if it improves your engagement.
